The diaspora relations Bureau announces the extension of the competition for hiring a national consultant on the development of the concept of a government internship program for young people in the diaspora - students or graduates of university institutions abroad. The aim of the program is valorisation on the potential of young people in the diaspora and to stimulate their return to the Republic of Moldova.
Profile of the candidate:
- Bachelor's degree (educational, social, legal or other relevant fields), studies postgraduate (master, phd) will be an advantage;
- At least 3 years of documented experience in international organizations, non-governmental organizations or public institutions specifically in the field of education, youth, social policy, other relevant fields;
- Knowledge of the field and relevant national regulations;
- Experience in performing similar tasks;
- Experience in developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating programs / policies;
- Skills in analyzing, planning and synthesizing information, including developing feasibility studies and making recommendations;
- Efficiency, flexibility, focus on results, tolerance and creative thinking;
- Ability to work effectively individually and / or in a team;
- Fluent knowledge of Romanian, knowledge of English will be an advantage.
